Luke Williams

Luke is the owner operator of SA Base Camp. Since SA Base Camp opened in 2014 Luke has seen the amazing benefits of a healthy body and a healthy mind. Luke’s passion has always been to push limits and in order to do that he has had to work just as hard on his mind as he has on his body.

As a trainer, Luke has worked with people from a variety of backgrounds who have experienced a range of complications, barriers and disabilities. As a father of 3 he has moved his attention towards his children. Seeing them at school and the other kids around them Luke has begun developing equipment to assist them to not only get stronger but more importantly regulate their bodies in order to get ready to learn.

Luke works closely with education and wellbeing professionals in order to build equipment for clubs and schools that supports the regulation of heart rate through rhythmic repetitive activities and resistance training. His goal is to support children to become active in order to better understand their body and what it needs to work at its optimum level.
